We're Hiring: Special Educator at Dubai Autism Center!
Dubai Autism Center is seeking a dedicated Special Educator to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.
Position: Special Educator
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with autism
- Provide tailored instruction to students to support their academic and social development
- Collaborate with other educators, therapists, and parents to ensure effective student progress
- Monitor student progress and make adjustments to educational strategies as needed
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with children with autism (preferred)
- CDA License Eligibility is a must
- Knowledge of different teaching strategies and behavior management techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English (Arabic is a plus)
