HIRING: Business Development Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are looking for a passionate, results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and support our organization's growth through strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and community outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to support organizational growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, government entities, and key stakeholders.
- Identify new opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, sponsorships, and community engagement.
- Support initiatives that increase awareness and expand the center's reach.
- Manage business proposals, presentations, and strategic partnership activities.
- Represent the Center at meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and develop new opportunities.
- Achieve measurable business development and partnership goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of total professional experience, including at least 3 years in a Business Development Manager or similar managerial role.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Sales, or stakeholder management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in healthcare, education, nonprofit, or social impact sectors is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve measurable results.
- UAE experience and an established network with government entities, corporate partners, or community organizations are preferred.
